Welcome!
The first part of the Disability Resources eligibility process is to self-identify as a student with a disability and request accommodations.
In order to evaluate accommodation and service requests, Disability Resources will need information about how your disability is likely to impact you here at Navajo Technical University.
Any information or documentation students can readily share during or prior to their first meeting is helpful and can save the need for follow-up meetings with Disability Resources. Please don’t delay submitting the self-identification application form out of concern for not having appropriate paperwork for the first meeting. If you have information or documentation, you will be provided an opportunity to upload it with your self-identification application form.
You can also submit information or documentation to Disability Resources by:
- Bringing it to our office in Room 228 at NTU Wellness Building
- Emailing it to [email protected]
- Faxing it to 505-786-5644
- Mailing it to: Disability Accommodation Resources, P.O. Box 849, Crownpoint, New Mexico 87313
